    Step 2: Submit the dossier to the Business Registration and Corporate Finance Department under the Hanoi Department of Finance

    Currently, the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance have merged under the new name Hanoi Department of Finance. Accordingly, the agency responsible for issuing Business Registration Certificates in Hanoi is now the Business Registration and Corporate Finance Department under the Hanoi Department of Finance. Therefore, applicants for company establishment must submit their dossiers to the Business Registration and Corporate Finance Department under the Hanoi Department of Finance online.

    Step 3: The Business Registration and Corporate Finance Department under the Hanoi Department of Finance reviews the dossier’s validity

    • Within 3 working days from the date of receiving the dossier (or 5 working days for dissolution/termination procedures), the business registration authority will provide feedback on the dossier’s validity.
    • Within 4 working hours after the online administrative procedure reception and the results department receives the physical dossier, the business registration authority will cross-reference it with the company’s electronically submitted dossier and issue the Business Registration Certificate if the contents are consistent.

    Step 4: Return of the company establishment registration results

    The business registration authority will return all administrative procedure results related to business registration via public postal service to the company’s registered address.
