Investment capital of a project means the capital contributed by the investor and capital raised by the investor to execute the investment project written on the decision on Investment Guidelines or Investment Registration Certificate.
For investment project that is not required to have a decision on investment guidelines and investment project required to have decisions on investment guidelines, this adjustment of capital does not fall in the case of increase or decrease of capital investment by more than 10% that changes the project’s target, scale, and capacity.
In case of changing in the total capital investment, investors need to apply the procedures in accordance with the provisions of law. Specifically, investors need submit 01 application to the investment registration authority.
Within 10 working days after receiving the valid documents by the law, investment registration authority amends the Investment Registration Certificate for investors.
