The information on the administrative merger is regulated by Resolution 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 of 2025 on the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units of Hanoi City in 2025. Specifically:

Note the processing time: The processing time is usually 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid application. Once the application is approved, the business will receive a Business Registration Certificate, which is a legally valid establishment license.
The person designated to digitally sign/verify the business registration application is selected during the information declaration step of the online business registration application. To digitally sign/verify the business registration application, the individual responsible for signing opens the application to be signed, clicks the [Digitally Sign/Verify using Business Registration Account] button to proceed with digital signing/verification.
Since from July 1st, 2025, the entire process of applying for a business registration certificate when establishing a company in Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi will be conducted online and businesses will no longer have to pay the 50,000 VND application fee.
The review and issuance time will be within 3 working days; however, this may be shortened or adjusted to suit new administrative reform policies.
If the application requires amendment or supplementation, the business will receive an email notification to the registered email address.
