Enterprises must notify the Business Registration Authority when changing one of the following contents:

• Business lines;
• Founding shareholders and foreign investor shareholders for a joint stock company, except for listed companies and companies registered for trading securities;
• Information about the beneficial owner of the enterprise, except for listed companies and companies registered for trading securities;
• Other contents in the enterprise registration dossier.

How is the time limit for changing business registration in Saigon Ward, HCMC regulated?

• The enterprise registration information on the National Business Registration Information System is transmitted to the Tax Registration Application System for coordination and information exchange between the provincial Business Registration Authority and the Tax Authority.
• If the dossier is eligible for enterprise registration, the provincial Business Registration Authority will issue the enterprise registration and notify the enterprise of the issuance within 3 working days. If the dossier is not eligible for enterprise registration, the provincial Business Registration Authority will send a notification via the electronic information network to the enterprise to request amendments or supplements to the dossier.
