Currently, the sanitary ware business is mainly concentrated in large cities and areas with high urbanization rates. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are the two largest consumption and distribution centers, with a widespread network of dealers, showrooms, and distributors. The dossiers required to establish a sanitary ware business include the following basic materials:
Within 6-8 working days, the Business Registration Authority will issue the Enterprise Registration Certificate.
After receiving the application, Viet An Law will hand over the Enterprise Registration Certificate to the investor.
Based on Clause 2, Article 45 of the Law on Enterprise 2020 and the guiding regulations in Decree 168/2025/ND-CP, enterprises are currently entitled to establish business locations in provinces other than their head office. For showrooms whose only function is display and retail sales, establishing a business location is the most optimal option to simplify administrative procedures and independent tax declaration obligations compared to the branch model.
According to Decision 2711/QD-BKHCN (which stipulates the list of goods in group 2), electronic bidet seats and smart toilets are subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Therefore, in addition to building material standards, businesses are required to conduct state quality inspections and obtain conformity certification according to QCVN 4:2009/BKHCN on electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) before customs clearance.
