Legal Registration: Means that the trademark has been granted a certificate of registration by the competent authority of Tajikistan.
Differentiation: Trademarks help consumers distinguish a company’s products/services from other companies in the market. For example, the Apple logo and the word Coca-Cola are all registered trademarks that help consumers recognize the products of these companies.
