Fee for granting a license to establish a representative office of a foreign advertisement company in Vietnam

The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 165/2016/TT-BTC, as amended and supplemented by Circular 74/2022/TT-BTC stipulating the level and mode of collection submit fee for granting a license to establish representative offices of foreign advertising enterprises in Vietnam, is promulgated by the Minister of Finance.

The fee level for granting a license to establish a representative office of a foreign advertising company in Vietnam remains the same compared to the fee level specified in Circular No. 66/2014/TT-BTC. Accordingly, the fee for granting a license to establish a representative office of a foreign advertising enterprise in Vietnam shall be collected in Vietnam Dong. Specifically, the fee rates are as follows:

  • New grant: 3,000,000 VND/license
  • Re-grant, amend and supplement: VND 1,500,000/license

A foreign advertisement enterprise when requesting new grant, re-grant, amend and supplement a license to establish a representative office in Vietnam shall submit fee in Province People’s Committee where a representative office is located.
