Conditions for logo company to be eligible for protection
Company’s logo has to be a visible sign in the form of letters, words, drawings or images including holograms, or a combination thereof, represented in one or more colours.
It is capable of distinguishing goods or services of the mark owner from those of other subjects.
Documents required:
03 colored copy of logo company
01 notarized copy of business permit.
Notarized copies of ID card of all the authors who design the logo.
Procedure:
Step 1: Viet An Law Firm receives information provided by customers.

Duration of registration: 20-25 working days.
Term of protection of logo company’s copyright
Moral rights: To protect the integrity of the logo company; and to forbid other persons to modify, edit or distort the logo company in whatever form, causing harm to the honour and reputation of the company.
To publish the logo company or to authorize other persons to publish that logo. The economic rights has term of protection of fifty (50) years as from the date of first publication of the logo.
Note:
Logo company is protected in the form of applied art works.
