- The standards of the product quality and test methods;
- Analyzing result based on the cosmetic analyzing result of the analyzing state agencies;
- Technical data or clinical data to demonstrate the specific function of the product (if any);
- Manufacturer’s license.
In the case enterprises are distributors of products from manufacturers or owners, it is necessary to attach a business license that has the wholesale trade or cosmetic retail to show that the enterprise is eligible for trading in the said commodity.
The order of proclamation the circulation of cosmetics includes:
About 15 – 25 working days (this may change depending on each customer’s dossier);
The validity term of the standard product proclamation is 5 years. After the expiry of this time limit, organizations and individuals that want to continue, they must make a proclamation again before the expiry of the receipt number of cosmetic product proclamation report and pay a regulated cost fee.
