According to Resolution 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 effective from June 16, 2025, Ngoc Ha Ward will organize the rearrangement as follows:
“To arrange the entire natural area and population size of Vinh Phuc ward, Lieu Giai ward, part of the natural area and population size of Cong Vi, Kim Ma, Ngoc Khanh, Nghia Do wards, the rest of Doi Can ward and Ngoc Ha ward after being rearranged according to the provisions of Clause 3 of this Article into a new ward called Ngoc Ha ward”

Change business registration in Ngoc Ha Ward
Step 1: Prepare a dossier to change business registration
An application for registration of changes in the contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate/Notice of change of enterprise registration contents according to form No. 12 of Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC on forms used in enterprise registration and business household registration;
In case the enterprise wants to change at the same time add other content such as: increasing charter capital, changing the company’s business lines… it is necessary to supplement the following documents:
Decision of the owner (for a single-member limited liability company), decision of the members’ council (for a limited liability company with two or more members), decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders/Board of Directors (for a joint-stock company);

Change of legal representative: Supplement the transfer contract/liquidation record of the LC (if transfer activities arise);
Changing the address of the company’s head office other than the managing tax authority: If the enterprise changes to a different address from the managing tax authority, it is necessary to carry out tax finalization procedures at the old base tax to switch to the new base tax;
Charter capital increase: Minutes of the meeting of the general meeting of shareholders (for joint-stock companies), the members’ council (for limited liability companies with two or more members) on the capital increase, papers certifying the completion of capital contribution;….
Step 3: Receive the results of application processing
Procedures for changing business registration due to changes in administrative boundaries will not be subject to a fee for announcing changes in business registration contents. Normally, the application will take about 3 working days from the date of submission during office hours.
Cases of change business registration in Ngoc Ha Ward
In Clause 1, Article 30 of the Law on Enterprises 2020, there are regulations on the change of business registration of enterprises as follows:
Business name and enterprise code;
Address of the head office of the enterprise;
Full name, contact address, nationality, number of legal papers of the individual, for the legal representative of the limited liability company and joint-stock company; for general partners of partnerships; for business owners of private enterprises;
Full name, contact address, nationality, number of legal papers of the individual, for members being individuals; name, enterprise code and address of the head office of the member being an organization, for limited liability companies.

Cases not allowed to change business registration in Ngoc Ha Ward
Notice of violation: If the enterprise has received a notice from the Business Registration Office about the violation of regulations, is in the case of revocation of the Enterprise Registration Certificate or has a Decision to revoke this Certificate.
In the process of dissolution: The enterprise cannot make changes while it is in the dissolution stage according to the approved decision.
At the request of the authorities: In case of request from the Court, the judgment enforcement agency or the police agency, the enterprise will not be allowed to register the change.
