Viet An Law Firm – Brand Identity Transformation

About Viet An Law

Founded in 2007, Viet An Law Firm is one of the leading law firms, intellectual property representatives, and tax agents in Vietnam. We specialize in providing legal services in the fields of investment, corporate affairs, intellectual property, commercial law, and taxation.

From the insight, Viet An Law has aimed toward a professional model that emphasizes service quality and sustainable values for clients. With a team of experienced lawyers and legal consultants with in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese law, our firm has successfully supported thousands of domestic and international enterprises.

Over nearly 18 years of operation, Viet An Law has continuously expanded its scale, enhanced its legal expertise, and affirmed its position as a trusted legal partner for the business community on their journey of integration and development in Vietnam.

Brand identity and the shift over time

After nearly 18 years of growth and development, Viet An Law has decided to launch a new logo, new brand identity, marking a strategic milestone in our brand repositioning journey.

This transformation aims to better reflect our professionalism, modern spirit, and long-term commitment to clients, especially in the context of deepening global integration. The new logo not only preserves the core values Viet An has built over the years but also conveys a message of innovation, creativity, and continuous growth.

This change is part of our effort to enhance brand image, improve recognition, and better connect with the dynamic market in the digital era.

Previous Logo (2007–2025)

The old Viet An Law logo left a strong impression with its dual green-blue color scheme, where blue symbolized trust and green represented growth and sustainability. The curved dual-directional symbol suggested a “watchful eye” or a global perspective, symbolizing our strategic vision and comprehensive legal insight.

However, the logo had several limitations:

  • Generic typography
  • Less impactful layout in terms of brand emphasis
  • Slogan text was too small to read on digital platforms

These drawbacks made the logo less effective in digital applications. Therefore, we decided to update our visual identity to align with our digital presence and a new era of national and international development.

New Logo (From 2025)

The new logo represents a modern, minimalist, and symbolic evolution, aligning with digital transformation and professional brand restructuring.

Stylized “VA” Symbol:

  • The letters “V” and “A” are symmetrically intertwined, forming a strong, solid block — a metaphor for a reliable legal pillar.
  • The upward motion in the design conveys aspiration, sustainable development, and global integration.

Dark Navy Blue Tone:

  • A single dominant color representing trust, professionalism, and stability.
  • The monochromatic palette enhances recognition and visibility across digital platforms (web, apps, social media).

Sharp, Minimalist Typeface:

  • A clean, sans-serif font reflecting a modern, tech-forward, and efficient approach.
  • The emphasis on the word “LAW” clearly reinforces our core service and positioning.

Versatility and Strong Recognition:

  • The logo can be easily simplified (VA icon only) for use as a favicon, app icon, or watermark — ideal for today’s digital-first branding.

We believe that with our new brand identity, Viet An Law will continue to affirm its position as one of Vietnam’s leading professional and modern law firms. This new look is not only a reflection of our commitment to innovation and service quality, but also a symbol of our strong transformation in the digital era.

We trust that this new identity will enhance brand recognition, strengthen client and partner trust, and unlock greater opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
