Overview
Before joining Viet An Law, lawyer Nguyen Tuan Anh had 15 years of experience working in the Procuracy at the Ho Chi Minh City Procuracy (Junior Prosecutor) with the task of practicing the right to prosecute, supervise criminal cases; civil cases and supervise the execution of judgments. At the same time, lawyer Nguyen Tuan Anh also had 03 years of working as Head of the Litigation Department at Kim Oanh Real Estate Group and 01 year of experience as Head of the Litigation Department – debt collection and settlement of Minh Kim Long Company. Therefore, lawyer Nguyen Tuan Anh has a lot of experience in participating in cases at Court, Arbitration as well as resolving disputes outside of litigation to ensure the highest legal rights and interests of each client.
Qualification
- Hanoi Law University: Bachelor of Laws, major in Justice – Administration
- Procuratorate Training – Procuratorate School in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Notary Training – Ho Chi Minh City Judicial Academy.
