• The applicant shall pay the application fee for application transfer (160.000 VND/01 application); publication fee (120.000 VND/ 01 registration application in case of the industrial design registration application has a decision on acceptance of valid application).

Step 3: Handle the application for assignment of the industrial design application and give the result

• The Intellectual Property Office receives a complete dossier and continues to handle;
• Processing time is 02 months from the date of valid application;
• In case of no settlement, the Intellectual Property Office will give a written reply clearly stating the reason
