• Tran Phu Ward;
• Part of the natural area of Yen So Ward;
• The rest of Thanh Luong Ward after being arranged into Vinh Tuy Ward and Hong Ha Ward.

Step 1: Prepare documents

If the change of the legal representative arises from the transfer activity, the dossier needs to be supplemented with the transfer contract or the relevant liquidation record.
