National Assembly promulgated Law on amendment and supplement in Article 6 and Annex 4 on the lis of conditional business lines stipulated in the Law on Investment 2014 on 11/22/2016. It has been taking effect since 01/01/2017. This law on amendment covers 2 content of amendment, includes:
- Supplant Trading in firecrackers into Banned Business Lines;
- Replace conditional business lines listed in Annex 4 of Law on Investment 2014.
Various conditional business lines were overruled in Law on amendment and supplement 2016, which consists of 243 conditional business lines. The number of conditional business lines has been diminished comparision with List of conditional business lines in Law on Investment 2016 ( 267 lines). Some overode conditional business lines:
- Asset liquidator’s practice
- Inssurance agency training services
- Consulting services serving company values for equitization
- Inorganic fertilizer trading
- Coal trading
