• The Application for Enterprise Registration according to the form issued with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC.

• The List of members/ List of founding shareholders; list of shareholders being foreign investors; list of beneficial owners of the enterprise (if any).

Time Limit for Resolution of Enterprise Registration Dossiers in Vietnam

• Submit the dossier for the issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) to the provincial-level business registration agency via electronic network. • Within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier, the Business Registration Agency is responsible for examining the validity of the dossier and issuing the new ERC.
