    Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward

    According to Clause 11, Article 1 of Resolution No. 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Hanoi city in 2025, Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam Ward was established based on the merger as follows:

    • Kham Thien Ward;
    • Tho Quan Ward;
    • Van Chuong Ward;
    • Part of the natural area, population size of Dien Bien Ward;
    • Part of the natural area, population size of Hang Bot Ward;
    • Part of the natural area, population size of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam Ward;
    • The rest of Cua Nam Ward after being arranged into Hoan Kiem Ward, Cua Nam Ward and Ba Dinh Ward;
    • The rest of Le Dai Hanh ward after being arranged into Hai Ba Trung Ward, Bach Mai Ward;
    • The rest of Nam Dong ward after being arranged into Dong Da Ward, Kim Lien Ward;
    • The rest of Nguyen Du Ward after being arranged into Cua Nam Ward, Hai Ba Trung Ward;
    • The rest of Phuong Lien – Trung Tu ward after being arranged into Kim Lien Ward;

    Preparation of dossiers to change business registration in Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam Ward

    • Application for registration of changes/Notice of changes in enterprise registration contents (according to Form No. 12 of Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC).
    • List of beneficiary owners (according to Form No. 10 of Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC).
    • Additional documents (Subject to specific changes):
      • In case of change of legal representative: Supplement relevant documents (e.g. Transfer Contract/Minutes of liquidation of the Shareholders’ Council, if this change arises from the transfer activity).
      • In case of charter capital increase: Supplement the minutes of the meeting on the capital increase and papers certifying the fulfillment of the capital contribution obligation.
      • In case of changing the address to another geographical area (different from the tax authority): Supplementing papers certifying the completion of tax finalization procedures at the old management agency.

    Notes on tax procedures when moving to another address than the management agency

    In case the enterprise relocates its head office leading to a change of the managing tax authority, the enterprise is required to complete the procedures for finalizing tax obligations at the former managing tax authority before submitting the change dossier to the Department of Planning and Investment. “Base tax” (directly managing tax authority) is a unit of the Tax Department of a province/city, which has the authority to administer tax in its assigned area. Example: Enterprise A locates its head office in Bach Mai Ward (under the jurisdiction of Base Tax 3). If Enterprise A wants to move its head office to Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam Ward (under the jurisdiction of Base Tax 4), enterprise A must finalize tax at Base Tax 3 first, then make business registration to transfer to management at Base Tax 4.

    About the method of submission

    Enterprises carry out procedures for changing business registration contents through online form. The dossier is submitted at the National Business Registration Portal at the address: https://dangkyquamang.dkkd.gov.vn/online/Default.aspx

    Processing time and fees

    According to regulations, the time limit for processing the dossier is 03 working days from the time the business registration agency receives the valid dossier. The payment of fees is prescribed as follows:

    • Case 1: Only the address is updated due to the change of administrative boundaries. The enterprise submits a dossier of request for changes to the contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate and will be EXEMPT from the fee for announcing changes to the enterprise registration contents.
    • Case 2: Update the address in combination with other contents. If the enterprise simultaneously updates the address along with other content changes (such as capital, industry, representative, etc.), the enterprise will pay a fee of 100,000 VND for disclosure of business registration content as prescribed.
