    In order for the process of submitting an online business registration change application to go smoothly, businesses need to carefully prepare the following tasks:

    Register a business account to apply

    You can access the following link to register a business account or you can log in with your VNEid account:

    Then select the item “Request a business registration account” to activate the business registration application feature. It is necessary to prepare emails, photos of the front and back of personal legal documents to activate the business registration account. The business registry will consider activating your account within 2-3 business days.

    Clearly identify what needs to be changed

    • Business information: Name of the enterprise, address of head office, business lines,…
    • Information about the legal representative: Full name, date of birth, identity card/citizen identification number,…
    • Charter capital: The amount of new charter capital, additional capital contribution or decrease in capital.
    • Other information: Change of branch address, representative office, change of founder,…

    Compose a change profile

    After determining the content to be changed, the enterprise prepares a dossier according to the list of documents in Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP on enterprise registration. Businesses need to prepare a power of attorney in case of authorizing others to submit and process dossiers.

    Prepare electronic documents

    • Digital signatures: Use personal digital signatures or digital signatures of organizations to sign electronic records.
    • PDF file: Convert copies of prepared documents into PDF files to attach to electronic records.

    Step 1: Log in to the business registration account that has been granted the feature of submitting business registration documents. There are 2 types of accounts, you can submit with an account with a digital signature (if you already have a digital signature) or with a business registration account

    Step 2: Select the procedure you want to submit

    • New Establishment
    • Registration of changes in enterprise registration contents (applicable to cases of change of information recorded on the enterprise registration certificate)
    • Notice of change of business registration (applicable to cases of change of information not recorded on the enterprise registration certificate) such as business lines, tax information or information of authorized representatives….
    • Announcement of dissolution, Announcement of dissolution
    • Suspension of operations
    • Operating before the suspension period

    Step 3: Enter the change fields corresponding to the procedure

    Step 4: Attach the list of documents proving the change as a PDF

    Step 5: Sign and certify the dossier of business registration change and submit the dossier

    Step 6: Pay the fee for submitting business registration documents:

    • For payment by NAPAS domestic card: the fee to be paid is 101,000 VND
    • For payment by VISA international payment card: the payment fee depends on the bank’s policy, the clearing is 111,000 VND.

    Instructions after submitting business registration dossiers online

    After submitting the application, you will receive a receipt of the submitted application – confirming that the application has been submitted and the expected date of return of the application result. When the expected date of return of dossier results arrives, there will be 2 cases as follows:

    If the business registration change dossier is issued a notice

    If the business registration change dossier is notified, customers need to follow the following steps:

    • Read the notice carefully: Understand what needs to be amended or added to your profile.
    • Prepare all documents: Complete the documents as required by the business registration agency.
    • Return the dossier: Return the revised or supplemented dossier in accordance with the instructions.
    • Progress tracking: Continue to monitor the progress of processing documents on the system.

    Some notes when returning the dossier:

    • Thorough inspection: Before returning the application, thoroughly check all the information to ensure that there are no errors.
    • Contact Support: If you have any questions, contact the business registrar for specific instructions.

    If the Enterprise Rregistration Certificate change dossier is approved

    Step 1: When the application is approved, customers will receive an email notifying them that the application has been approved, customers can go directly to the Business Registration Office within the province to submit the application to receive the results or contact for instructions on registering to deliver the results via the delivery service.

    Step 2 (if any): After completing the procedures for changing business registration, businesses need to update information to relevant agencies. Concrete:

    • Tax authorities: Adjust business information on the tax system to ensure that tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Banking: Update business information at affiliated banks to facilitate transactions and financial management.
    • Partners: Notify partners, customers, and suppliers of changes to ensure smooth business partnerships.
    • Sub-license of the enterprise

    Step 3: Carefully keep the original papers and copies to serve the needs of future use.
