Viet An Law Firm is seeking two Lawyers, Trainee Lawyers or Legal Consultants to join our Hanoi office, specialising in corporate law, foreign direct investment (FDI), commercial law, contracts and dispute resolution.
We welcome motivated legal professionals with strong analytical skills, excellent English proficiency and a long-term commitment to developing their careers in corporate and international legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise domestic and foreign-invested enterprises on corporate, investment, commercial, employment and intellectual property matters.
- Provide legal advice on FDI projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring and share transfers.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, transaction documents and cross-border agreements.
- Prepare and handle investment, business and regulatory licensing applications.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions and liaise with relevant government authorities.
- Communicate with international clients and draft, translate and review legal documents in English.
- Assist with commercial dispute resolution through negotiation, litigation and arbitration.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; qualified lawyers, trainee lawyers and candidates who have completed professional legal training are preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, including legal drafting.
- Preferably at least two years of experience in corporate law, FDI, commercial contracts or regulatory licensing.
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting and problem-solving skills.
- Professional integrity, responsibility, teamwork and a proactive attitude.
- A long-term career commitment, with the potential to progress to an Associate Lawyer position in Hanoi.
