Job Description
Seeking a lawyer or associate lawyer to provide legal consultation services, especially for foreign clients and FDI enterprises. Specific tasks include:
- Advising on direct and indirect foreign investment in Vietnam;
- Consulting, reviewing, assessing, and drafting transactional agreements and contracts (especially those with foreign elements);
- Advising on the purchase, transfer, or acquisition of equity in FDI enterprises;
- Drafting, submitting, and tracking licensing and regulatory applications;
- Translating and proofreading English legal documents;
- Communicating with relevant government authorities for clarification or official feedback;
- Supporting partners/associates in dispute resolution through negotiation, litigation, or arbitration;
- Collaborating and working with foreign lawyers and partner law firms abroad to develop and expand legal services both domestically and internationally.
Job Requirements
- Preference for licensed lawyers (especially young lawyers);
- Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet research, and relevant work software;
- Honest, strong critical thinking, and commitment to long-term work with the firm;
- Preference for candidates with experience in law firms serving foreign clients;
- Preference for those with at least 3 years of experience in legal consultancy;
- Ability to work in a team and leadership potential to become a key associate at the Ho Chi Minh office.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday morning (off Saturday afternoon and Sunday), with holidays following state regulations.
