Dossier to change business registration in Yen Hoa Ward

Case 1: Only the address is updated due to the change of administrative boundaries

This is a procedure applied when the enterprise only updates the name of the ward to be consistent with the actual merger. The dossier to be prepared includes:

• An application for registration of changes in the contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate (according to Form No. 12, Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC).
• Power of attorney (if the applicant is not the legal representative).
• Fees: Enterprises are exempt from publication fees.

Case 2: Update the address in combination with other content changes

This is a case where the business combines updating the address simultaneously with other changes. The list of documents to be prepared includes:

• Written decision on change of business registration contents of the company depending on the type: Decision of the Owner, Decision of the Board of Members, or Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders/Board of Directors).
• An application for registration of changes in the contents of the Enterprise Registration Certificate (according to Form No. 12, Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC).
• List of beneficiary owners (according to Form No. 10, Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC).
• Additional documents depending on the changes (e.g. Transfer contract, Tax closing document, Minutes of the meeting on capital increase, Documents certifying capital contribution, etc.).
• Fees: Enterprises must pay an announcement fee of 100,000 VND.

Processing dossiers to change business registration in Yen Hoa Ward

Step 1: Apply (Online)

Enterprises are required to submit documents online at the National Business Registration Portal (https://dangkyquamang.dkkd.gov.vn/online/Default.aspx).

Step 2: Pending

The Business Registration Agency will process the application within 03 (three) working days from the receipt of a valid dossier.

Step 3: Get the results

The enterprise receives the result (currently Hanoi returns the result is an electronic version of the Business Registration Certificate with digital signature).
