Step 2: Publication the content of Enterprise Registration Certificate

After being granted an enterprise registration certificate, an enterprise must make a public announcement on the National Business Registration Portal within 30 days from the date of publication and must pay a fee as prescribed by law. the law. The content to be disclosed will include information on the Enterprise Registration Certificate and Business lines, List of founding shareholders, List of shareholders being foreign investors, for joint-stock companies. In case the enterprise is not granted business registration, the enterprise will be refunded the fee for announcing the business registration content.

Note: If the company does not publish the content of business registration on the National Business Registration Portal or does not notify within the prescribed time limit, it may be fined from 10 to 15 million VND. Step 3: Engrave the company seal

Enterprises can authorize Viet An Law Firm or make seal engraving by themselves. Enterprises can decide by themselves the form, quantity and content of seals but must show the name and enterprise code number. Enterprises do not need to carry out procedures for notifying seal samples on the National Enterprise Portal.

Procedures to be followed after being granted an Enterprise Registration Certificate

Hanging signs at the company’s headquarters

Hanging a sign at the company’s headquarters is a mandatory procedure for newly established businesses. Signboards must not cover fire escape and firefighting spaces; must not encroach on sidewalks, roadways, affecting public transport. The placement of signs must comply with the provisions of the Law on Advertising and technical regulations promulgated by competent authorities.

Hire or use accounting services

If the leveling company has not yet hired a tax accountant to declare, complete the books and documents and submit the initial tax returns for the business, it can use the accounting services of Viet An Law to ensure the initial tax declaration in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Open a business bank account

The name of the bank account holder is the legal representative of the enterprise. In case the account holder is another person, it is necessary to add the Minutes of the Members’ Council/Board of Directors meeting on the appointment of the account holder with the content of authorizing the person to be appointed as the account holder of the company opened at the Bank.

Register electronic digital signature to pay electronic tax

According to the provisions of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14, all businesses are now required to declare and pay taxes electronically.

Enterprises can authorize Viet An Law Firm to register an electronic digital signature to make electronic tax payment at the tax office.

Issuing e-invoices
